Unused hours do not roll over. Membership plans are designed to guarantee consistent minimum monthly support and availability. If you’re unsure of your monthly needs, the hourly pay-as-you-go option offers more flexibility.
We accept online payments via debit/credit card, ACH transfer, PayPal, and QuickBooks invoicing. All payments are processed securely and receipts are provided weekly or monthly.

Yes, there is a one-time $250 setup fee. This covers on-boarding, system access, workflow alignment, and preparing your account for seamless support.
We’ll start with a free consult to review your portfolio, discuss your current workflows, and identify where you need support.
Choose your monthly support tier. We’ll provide a service agreement outlining the scope, terms, and recurring payment schedule.
Once the agreement is signed, we’ll begin a 3–5 day on-boarding process. We’ll collect the tools, documents, and vendor/tenant details we need to start working smoothly in the background.
